Bring us a question worth working on.

Some of the most useful research questions come from people running rental operations every day.

A letter from the laboratory

What does your business understand that its systems still struggle to see?

PROJECT APOGEE is a RateHighway research initiative for questions beyond the scope of a normal product release. DeepRevenue is its code name. The subject is car rental revenue management, and the operating experience behind it goes back to 2002.

We would like to hear about problems that appear in real rental operations: two Saturdays that look identical in a report but need different actions; a rental duration that changes next week’s fleet; a competitor price change that may matter or may be noise; or a decision that still sits between systems.

Operators, researchers, designers, product thinkers, and people with an unusual but practical perspective are welcome to write. You do not need a finished solution. Tell us what you see, why it matters, and what current tools do not show clearly.

Automation is part of the work. The operator remains in control of strategy and guardrails.

Explore the laboratory and its research notebooks. Then send us the question you continue to face.

Talk to the laboratory.
